Refund and Return Policy

Very Important: We do not accept any claims for fabrics that have been cut, manipulated, washed, or altered in any way.

Returns:

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products (for example, wrong color ordered), provided that the fabric has not been manipulated in any way. For returns, you can contact your sales representative and ask for a shipping return label, or you can email log@alonsomercader.com, charges may apply. You can also return your orders in-store. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process depending on your bank policies.

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges also (for example, wrong color or wrong batch ordered) as long as the fabric has not been manipulated in any way. Charges may apply.

Additional Information:

• Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

• Any return or exchange request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Custom, cut-to-order, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• ALONSO MERCADER S.A. reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the above conditions.
